Follow the clear trail around the base of the craters returning to the parking lot.
Before you go
Water & warmth
No facilities on site. Bring layers — weather can change quickly at 1,900 meters.
Footwear
Volcanic ash easily gets into low shoes. Higher hiking socks or boots are recommended.
Driving route
Follow TF-38 road from Chío up towards Teide. Parking lot is clearly signposted at Km 7.5.
